High Season – May 23 – September 1, 2025
Tent/Small RV site is $95/night for a 20 amp/water only (use of dump station available)
Small RV/Large RV site is $129/night for a 20/30 amp/water/sewer
Three nights minimum for advanced reservations.
- The per-night rate covers two adults, one camping unit (RV or tent), and one vehicle. No additional charge for children aged 17 and younger.
- No more than four (4) people per site overnight.
- No charge for dogs, two (2) dog maximum. No visiting dogs are allowed.
- Extra persons and vehicles incur a per night additional cost as follows:
- Additional guest – $18/night
- Additional vehicle – $18/night
- 50% deposit for stays of 14+ nights
- Special: 10% discount for stays of 7 nights or longer
Shoulder Seasons: April 15 – May 22 and September 2 – November 2, 2025 per night rate:

No minimum stay during the shoulder season.

Site notes: Camping unit weight restriction of 5500 lbs. and length restrictions apply to sites 102-106, JJ, KK, LL, MM, MM1/2, NN, OO, PP, QQ, RR, SS, TT, UU, VV, WW, XX, YY, ZZ. If you are unsure of weight/length, please call the office at 508-487-1700 before making a reservation.
No-Show Guests: Reservations are held until the deposit expires. If a guest does not show up and the deposit has been exhausted, the remainder of the reservation is canceled and the campsite is returned to the available inventory. For example, on a 5-night reservation where the deposit paid was for 3 nights, we will call for final payment prior to the reservation, and call for ETA to determine where to leave the late arrival packet. If the guest does not show and the site has been held vacant for 3 days, the reservation is canceled.
Full season rate (limited availability): Please call for amenities and pricing for April 15 – November 2.
RV Camper Rentals
Camper rentals
Maximum occupancy of 4 adults or family consisting of 2 adults and their children. We rent out campers on sites T12, T13, T14, and T16.
High Season Camper Rentals – May 24 – September 2, 2024
4-night minimum $265/night
Low-season camper rentals – April 15 – May 23 and September 3 – November 1, 2024
2 nights minimum $235/night
All reservations must be paid in full before arrival. All camper rental reservations have a $500 refundable damage deposit required.
Our cancellation policy for the rentals is, with at least 30 days written notice via email, prior to the date of arrival, the payment in full will be refunded, subject to a $100 cancellation fee. There is no refund for cancellation if less than 30 days prior notice is given.
The rentals include full use of a camper, TV, stereo, picnic table, and BBQ grill.
Linens are available upon advanced request for a fee.
The rental campers at Sites T13 and T16 are pet-friendly. Pet restrictions apply.

Rally time!
Is your group looking to camp together? We are open to hosting rallies at Coastal Acres in Provincetown. For the 2024 Shoulder Season, we already have 7 rallies scheduled. For more information about how we can accommodate your group, please call us at 508-487-1700.
All reservations must be paid in full prior to arrival. Check-in starts at 2 pm. Check-out is at 11 am.
Those arriving without a reservation are accommodated as space permits with no minimum stay requirement – please call (508) 487-1700 in advance on the day of arrival in case we are already full.
Cancellation policy: Site reservation cancellations are subject to a $20 cancellation fee and camper rentals are subject to a $100 cancellation fee. All requests for reservation cancellations or modifications must be in writing and can be sent to coastalacresptown@gmail.com. An advanced deposit will be refunded less the cancellation fee only if we are notified at least 7 days prior to the date of arrival. We need at least 30 days’ notice, by email, for camper rental cancellations. No refunds are given during any current stay.
If the reservation is canceled outside of our policy, any advance payment will be forfeited.
